Pasta Making Class & Lunch with Chianti

CHIANTI, one of Adelaide's most iconic restaurants have been serving NGERINGA's biodynamic wines and produce for years. It is a beautiful relationship between two family owned Adelaide businesses, who share an uncompromising dedication to their craft and creating wonderful memories for guests.

We are excited to be joining forces to create an afternoon that celebrates the legacy of these two icons and the joy of great food, wine and company. On September 22nd the team from Chianti Adelaide, will be heading to the NGERINGA farm to host an afternoon of pasta making, wine tasting and a shared long lunch.

Starting at 11:30am, the expert Chianti team will guide you through the process of making fresh pasta. Along the way they will share many of the tips and tricks, that have made Chianti one of Adelaide's most beloved restaurants for more than three decades. At the end of the class each guest will have their own pasta which they can take home with them.

After the pasta making class, guests NGERINGA will offer a fun and interactive tasting through some of NGERINGA's best current and museum release wines. Guests will samples a range of wines, and learn about the biodynamic practices that make our wines so unique.

To finish the day the Chianti kitchen team will serve you a wonderful three course Italian meal featuring biodynamic produce from the NGERINGA garden. The meal of course, will be accompanied with NGERINGA wines.

Tickets $160pp include, pasta making class, three course shared lunch and wine on arrival, and wine tasting with lunch.
