The NGERINGA story

Janet and Erinn Klein have been diligently caring for the NGERINGA property in Mount Barker Summit for more than two decades.

They planted their first vines in 2001, with their first vintage in 2005. Since that time, they have never ceased in their commitment to working in harmony with the environment that surrounds them. Native grasses support the vineyard and extensive native revegetation extends across the property, returning much needed biodiversity habitat to the region and providing many natural benefits to their farm.

The NGERINGA property has since evolved to include a seasonal biodynamic market vegetable garden, olive and fruit orchards, as well as free-range livestock and animals.

Today, we welcome visitors to our estate and cellar door to experience our wines and produce, for a behind the scenes 'Vine to Glass' tour and for public events. We especially welcome members of our Solstice Club.
