Cellar Door

Nestled amongst the vines and vegetable fields lies our intimate Cellar Door. Here our team offers guided tasting from our Ngeringa, Single Vineyard and Small Batch ranges.

An extensive list is also available to be enjoyed by the glass or bottle.

 

NEW - 'Vine to Glass', an immersive wine experience.

We are pleased to launch a new in-depth experience for our visitors.

Every Friday and Sunday we will be offering guest the unique opportunity to join us for a behind the scenes tour of the Summit Vineyard, followed by a bespoke wine tasting, and some delicious morsels from the Ngeringa farms.

Tasting Menus

Our tastings change with the seasons and to best showcase our New Releases. 

We currently offer two guided wine tastings:

 

Ngeringa & Small Batch Tasting $20pp - six wines

Single Vineyard & Museum Tasting $25pp - five wines

 

Food

Our food offering is ever evolving, but at the present time includes:

Local marinated olives                                                                 $6

House baked sourdough and Ngeringa olive oil                          $8

Whipped ricotta, charred leeks, roasted almond                        $12

Chicken liver parfait, altus jelly, crisp bread, pickled quince.      $18

Wattleseed hummus, Estate pomegrante, sourdough                $14

Local salumi plate, charred carrots, pickled Ngeringa greens.    $20

Cheese plate, Ngeringa apple jam, lavosh                                   $20

 

Groups

Groups of 8 or more guests are kindly asked to book in advance so we can ensure adequate staffing to accommodate.

A $10pp deposit is required for all groups of 8 or more guests.
