Crafted from biodynamically grown apples from the Ngeringa Estate, with a touch of our own pears, this cider is naturally fermented with no added yeast or sugar. The result is a crisp, dry, and thirst-quenching cider—perfect for long summer afternoons or a day at the cricket.

Fragrant candied apples and boiled lollies, layered with hints of ripe pear and quince. On the palate, enjoy crunchy apples, a gentle phenolic grip, and the subtle complexity of barrel fermentation. Pure, delicious, and distinctly Ngeringa.
