From Vine-to-Glass

An immersive tour and tasting experience

 

Go behind the scenes at one of Australia’s leading biodynamic wineries.

Join us every Friday and Sunday morning at the NGERINGA Biodynamic Vineyards & Farm for a rare opportunity to journey from the vineyard to the winery, to learn about the art of wine making and discover what makes NGERINGA so special.

The morning begins with a personal tour of our famed Summit Vineyard. This is the site, recently awarded 'Vineyard of the Year'*  where we grow the fruit for our premium biodynamic Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Here we will explore the science of growing premium cool climate fruit, the philosophy of biodynamics and NGERINGA's extensive revegetation projects.

Upon returning to the winery, you will be guided through a bespoke tasting of some of NGERINGA’s best current and back release wines.

The tasting is accompanied by a curated selection of snacks created by Chef Shannon Fleming, using biodynamically grown ingredients from the NGERINGA farm.

 

Time: 10am - 11am, every Friday and Sunday. 

Price: $60pp includes walking tour, wine tasting and food accompaniment.

Fitness: A moderate level of fitness is required for the walking portion of the experience. 

Attire: We highly recommend guests wear appropriate outdoor clothing. Closed shoes, ideally water proof boots, and warm coats are encouraged.

 

Bookings essential: Minimum of two participants are required for the tour to run.
