Ngeringa Produce

Along with growing all of our wines biodynamically, we also farm an extensive vegetable patch and supply some of South Australia's best restaurants. We farm around two hectares of mixed seasonal vegetables, with over 50 different crops. We have a team of two permanent staff - the wonderful Kat and Nat - who manage the garden, and are helped by a team of eight extras with picking packing, planting and weeding.
