The day starts with a guided tasting of Ngeringa’s New Release Single Vineyard Pinot Noir and Syrah. These two wines are made from the best parcels from our esteemed Summit and Illuma Vineyards.
Following the tasting you will enjoy a four course, long table lunch, prepared by Shannon Fleming of Forgotten Seasons and Lot 100. Feral plants and animals disrupt ecosystems and contribute to the extinction of many native species across our beautiful country. A feast with an element of masterclass, discover first hand the delicious culinary uses for these unique ingredients alongside Ngeringa’s own estate-grown biodynamically grown produce.
